Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Tech Crew Films for your photography and videography needs. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review the following policies that apply to all sessions booked through our website. 🔐 Booking & Payment For videography purchases, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the filming date. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to [3 hours] before your session. Cancellations within the allowed time frame will retain the deposit as a credit for future bookings. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 🕐 Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals past that window may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund, depending on the schedule. 🛠️ Add-Ons & Prep Add-ons like makeup artists, additional edits, or props can be selected when booking your session. If you plan to bring your own outfits or props, please let us know in advance. Hair and makeup should be done before arrival unless you have booked that service with us. 📸 Delivery Timeline Photos: Delivered within 10 business days. Videos: Delivered within 3 weeks, depending on the project. Rush options are available for an additional fee. 📃 Usage Rights All images and videos remain the property of Tech Crew Films and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Clients will receive high-resolution edited images/videos. Raw files are not included unless agreed upon before the session. ✨ Need Help?
